Teacher - Secondary/Senior/High School

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated secondary/high school teacher to join our bilingual campus, Colegio Bilingüe New Horizons. The successful candidate will plan and deliver lessons, support student wellbeing, and collaborate with the academic and psychology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance, share plans with the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator, and prepare class materials.
• Maintain up‑to‑date grade books, enter grades on schedule, and design monthly assessments.
• Supervise playground duties, record daily attendance, and organize student participation in fairs and community projects.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic, behavioral, or special‑needs issues.
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, parent meetings, and school events while adhering to the school schedule and uniform policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in secondary education.
• Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to use digital tools and intermediate‑level Microsoft Office.
