Digital Content Coordinator

About the role

Santo Domingo Motors is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to lead the brand’s online presence. You will shape the digital strategy, drive brand positioning, generate leads, and support commercial results through engaging content and data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital strategy aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
• Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent and active brand communication.
• Plan content calendars and coordinate production with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
• Design, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms, focusing on lead generation, traffic, conversion and remarketing.
• Oversee website content, promotions, forms and user experience.
• Support SEO initiatives and organic positioning.
• Develop and execute email and permission‑marketing programs to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Analyze performance metrics, produce reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with digital agencies, influencers and content creators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Communication, Business Administration, Social Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or community management.
• Advanced experience managing social media platforms and community engagement.
• Knowledge of paid media on Meta, Google or similar platforms.
• Understanding of SEO and web‑content optimization.
• Experience with email and permission marketing.
• Proficiency with CRM and lead‑management tools.
• Preferred background in automotive, motorcycle, mobility or consumer‑goods brands.
