DevOps Engineer (Azure + On-Premise) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on Azure‑based and on‑premise projects. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage production‑grade Kubernetes clusters on Azure and on‑premise environments.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitLab.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Ansible and Terraform.
• Maintain Linux servers (Ubuntu/Talos), virtualisation platforms (OpenStack, QEMU, Hyper‑V) and networking components.
• Administer databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse) and storage solutions (Ceph, NFS, S3).
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting using Prometheus, Zabbix and the ELK stack.
• Integrate security hardening, SIEM (Wazuh) and vulnerability scanning (Snyk, SonarQube) into the delivery pipeline.
• Participate in disaster‑recovery planning and automated backup strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional DevOps experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record of scaling Kubernetes and managing Azure cloud resources.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑premise data‑center operations.
