Data Visualization Specialist – Remote (Dominican Republic)

About the role

We are seeking a Data Visualization Specialist to design and deliver high‑quality dashboards for our utility and regulated‑organization clients. The role is visual‑first, focusing on clarity, usability, and executive‑ready presentations. You will collaborate with leadership and project teams to turn complex data into intuitive visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build clean, high‑quality dashboards with strong visual storytelling using Power BI and, optionally, Tableau or Looker.
• Translate business questions into intuitive visual layouts and maintain reporting data models.
• Develop and support AI‑powered solutions with Claude and other generative AI tools to enhance analytics workflows.
• Support GIS and map‑based visualizations where applicable.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, iterate on visuals, and ensure dashboards are accurate, performant, and easy to understand.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data visualization, BI, or analytics roles.
• Strong experience with at least one BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Hands‑on experience using Claude or other generative AI tools for analytics.
• Solid SQL skills and comfort working with structured data.
• Clear written and spoken English and high attention to detail.
