Data & Software Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Data & Software Support Analyst to provide technical support for our software applications, ensure data quality, and help optimise business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide frontline support and troubleshooting for software applications used across the organisation.
• Act as a Data Steward to maintain data quality, integrity and compliance with standards.
• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor data quality, enforce governance standards and support reporting.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data stewardship, software support and workflows.
• Train end‑users on software, data best practices and workflow tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in software support, data stewardship and reporting.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.

Required skills

• SQL for database querying.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
• Alteryx or similar data‑wrangling tools.
