Information Technology Specialist (Level 2+)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Specialist (Level 2+) to serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and to oversee day‑to‑day IT operations. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth system administration, network management, and security compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, network, and system incidents, meeting defined SLAs.
• Manage identity and access solutions such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace, including provisioning and off‑boarding.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, M365).
• Deploy and manage Windows and macOS endpoints using MDM tools like Intune and Jamf, enforcing endpoint protection.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, security audits, and maintain internal documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on technical support, systems administration, or desktop engineering experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Enterprise Windows and macOS environments.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs.
• Identity management: Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace.
• Cloud services: AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365.
• MDM tools: Intune, Jamf.
• Ticketing systems: Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice.
• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python (preferred).
• Relevant certifications: CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Enterprise Admin Associate, CCNA (preferred).
