Data Import & Reporting Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Data Import & Reporting Analyst to join Cloudbeds’ Customer Success team. In this remote‑first role you will guide new hotel partners through the migration of their historical data into our platform and help them unlock the power of Cloudbeds’ reporting tools to drive data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end data migrations, importing reservations, guest profiles and inventory from legacy systems.
• Extract, clean, map and validate client data from CSV or Excel files to ensure accurate system uploads.
• Identify and resolve formatting or system mismatches before go‑live.
• Coach properties on building, customizing and automating operational and financial reports within Cloudbeds.
• Conduct post‑migration audits to verify data integrity across financial histories and occupancy metrics.
• Advise property managers on key performance indicators and best‑practice reporting.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with hotel property management systems such as Cloudbeds, Opera, Mews or Protel.
• Proven client‑facing background, comfortable delivering training and technical support.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
