About the role
ViridianVistas is seeking a Data Analyst to turn property market data into actionable insights that guide investor decisions and improve MLS performance across the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze property data trends to produce market intelligence for the region.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track traffic, listings, and lead‑generation KPIs.
- Develop predictive models to forecast pricing, demand and emerging investment hotspots.
- Provide data‑driven support to agents, developers and marketing teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data analytics.
- Strong understanding of real‑estate markets and investment analysis.
- Experience working with MLS data is highly desirable.

- Python or R
- Tableau
- Google Data Studio
