Head of Partnerships - Real Estate & Agencies

About the role

ViridianVistas is looking for a dynamic Head of Partnerships to drive the growth of its MLS platform across the Caribbean. You will lead the acquisition and management of relationships with real‑estate brokers, developers and agencies, ensuring a strong pipeline of exclusive listings and co‑marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Agency Outreach – Identify, onboard and train partner agents, brokers and developers onto the VV MLS platform.
• Partnership Strategy – Negotiate exclusive listing agreements and design joint marketing campaigns.
• Market Expansion – spearhead entry into new Caribbean territories, adapting the partnership model to local markets.
• Relationship Management – nurture long‑term partnerships, address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably within real‑estate or proptech.
• Extensive network of agency and developer contacts throughout the Caribbean.
• Proven track record of negotiating high‑value deals and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
