Customer Support Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with a remote-first team of 4,000+ engineers, is hiring a Customer Support Engineer. The role provides high-level technical assistance to clients, keeping their integrations and platforms running smoothly and turning complex technical issues into clear, customer-focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex REST API issues so data flows seamlessly between systems
• Analyze application code and system logs to find, troubleshoot and document technical bottlenecks
• Run advanced SQL queries to extract data insights and support problem solving
• Oversee the technical onboarding of new partners and ensure successful integration with the services
• Give clear technical guidance to stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable steps
• Proactively spot recurring error patterns and implement long-term fixes to keep systems reliable

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Proven expertise in REST API troubleshooting and integration support
• Strong ability to read and analyze application code and logs to spot error patterns
• Hands-on experience managing partner onboarding and technical communications
• Advanced proficiency in English
