Customer Success Specialist

About the role

A full-time, permanent Customer Success Specialist position based onsite in Santiago, Dominican Republic. The role suits people who enjoy solving problems and keeping customers happy. It is an urgent hire with steady hours, weekends off, incentive bonuses and a US$500 sign-up bonus. Candidates must live in or near Santiago, and expats living nearby are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and resolve issues by phone, email and chat
• Document every customer interaction
• Escalate complex issues to the right internal teams
• Help customers succeed and stay with the company

Required profile

• 2+ years of recent customer service experience
• Call center experience
• Customer success experience; account management or client relationship work also counts
• Advanced spoken English
• Reliable and success-driven mindset
• Live in or near Santiago, Dominican Republic

Required skills

• Strong written communication
• Active listening, problem-solving and time management (preferred)

What we offer

• Pay of approximately RD$43,400 per month (RD$250 per hour), plus a RD$4,000 monthly lunch and transportation subsidy
