Creativo Junior

About the role

As a Creativo Junior at CREATIBOX MARKETING 360 AGENCY you will support the development of creative campaigns for brands across various sectors. You will work in a hybrid setting, splitting your time between the Santo Domingo office and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Generate ideas and develop visual and textual concepts for social media, digital campaigns and advertising pieces.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with design, content and strategy teams to translate business objectives into clear, compelling messages.
• Review creative materials, coordinate revisions based on internal and client feedback, and ensure all assets are properly documented.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for each campaign.

Required profile

• Strong creative aptitude with the ability to produce original ideas and innovative concepts.
• Clear communication skills, teamwork orientation and confidence presenting creative proposals.
• Understanding of brand strategy, visual and verbal coherence, and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Copywriting skills including creative writing, advertising copy and basic proofreading.
• Formal education in advertising, marketing, audiovisual communication, graphic design or a related field.
• Basic proficiency with digital design and content tools, proactive attitude and results‑driven mindset.
