Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for our clients and employees. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a global team of top‑tier tech talent while coordinating flights, accommodations, visas, and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and other services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies or government officials.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong English communication skills.
