Corporate Law Legal Analyst

About the role

The Corporate Law Legal Analyst will support Horatio’s Legal Department, focusing on corporate and labor law matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and assisting with contracts, litigation, and HR‑related legal issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on human‑resources issues and assist with related documentation.
• Draft, review and edit contracts, NDAs and other legal documents.
• Gather evidence and data for ongoing cases or internal investigations.
• Assist the legal team with administrative tasks and case preparation.
• Represent the company before public and private institutions, courts and monitor procedures to finalization.
• Organize case files, prepare exhibits or summaries, and respond to legal inquiries.
• Track deadlines to ensure all legal activities stay on schedule.

Required profile

• Law degree with bar admission (Exequatur).
• At least 2 years of proven experience in corporate and labor law.
• Experience handling contracts, litigation and HR‑related legal matters.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Own vehicle preferred.
