Corporate English Trainer – Spanish Bilingual (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual English trainer to deliver live online language lessons to business professionals worldwide. The role is fully remote and freelance, allowing you to work flexible hours while helping executives, managers and specialists improve their communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live one‑on‑one and small‑group English lessons via video‑conferencing platforms.
• Follow goFLUENT’s proven teaching methodology.
• Create an interactive virtual classroom that encourages learner participation.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace with a reliable high‑speed internet connection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience teaching or training adults preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional demeanor and strong presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Comfortable using Windows 10 or macOS computers.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download/upload).
