About the role

The Project Coordinator will support the Process Management team in tracking the formulation of new projects and improvements, as well as those in the implementation phase. This role ensures that projects align with institutional objectives and strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the formulation and monitoring of new projects and improvements.
• Supervise the preparation and presentation of project proposals aligned with current institutional goals.
• Coordinate physical, financial, and human resources required for each project activity.
• Propose performance indicators for project evaluation according to established standards.
• Manage quality, cost, and timeline of assigned projects and improvements.
• Utilize appropriate tools, methods, metrics, and schedules for project execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar project coordination role.
• Knowledge of banking operations and processes.
