About the role

The Operations Coordinator for Bakery and Ready‑to‑Eat Food will strengthen the operational execution of bakery and prepared‑food areas across multiple store formats. The role ensures compliance with quality, safety, productivity and service standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Audit store production operations to verify adherence to established operational, quality and safety standards.
• Ensure processes and procedures for bakery and ready‑to‑eat food preparation are followed to guarantee product consistency and operational efficiency.
• Create and update in‑store product procedures to promote standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Identify root causes of product deviations and, together with bakery and food teams, develop work plans to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineering graduate with a focus on processes and quality.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations management, continuous improvement, quality, or process standardisation, preferably in the food or bakery sector.
• Willingness to travel nationwide to different store formats.
• Flexible schedule to meet operational demands and store openings.
• Own vehicle.
