About the role

We are looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Coordinator to lead the development and positioning of our brand in the Dominican market. The role focuses on driving new business opportunities and supporting sales growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing strategies for product and service offerings.
• Set sales, profitability and positioning objectives.
• Oversee design, advertising, social media, market research and business intelligence units.
• Coordinate brand communication across different markets.
• Manage social media channels, internal communication campaigns, offers and promotions.
• Supervise graphic lines, digital artwork and other design requirements.
• Develop sales forecasts and identify new business opportunities based on market research.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
• Current residence in Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic.
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, responsible and punctual.
• Creative, innovative, excellent writing and spelling skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented with flexible schedule availability.
