About the role
We are looking for a qualified Accountant to join our team in Santo Domingo. The successful candidate will support the efficient management of the organization’s accounting, fiscal and financial processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting entries and financial records.
- Prepare and file tax obligations, declarations and payments.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Participate in internal and external audit processes.
- Adapt policies and procedures to changes in fiscal and accounting regulations.
Required profile
- Analytical and organized mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work with financial information and meet strict deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Knowledge of IFRS/NIIF standards.
- Solid understanding of tax compliance and audit procedures.
