Consultor(a) Business Tax – República Dominicana

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Business Tax Consultant to join its Dominican Republic team. You will develop basic technical tax knowledge while supporting various stages of tax projects, from research to drafting reports.

Key responsibilities

• Research tax regulations and prepare draft tax reports.
• Assist in the preparation of corporate tax returns.
• Provide advisory support on tax technology and transformation initiatives.
• Handle tax controversies and liaise with clients to understand their objectives.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

• Student, recent graduate, or holder of a degree in Public Accounting or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in corporate taxation, with knowledge of current tax provisions and calculations.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced usage).
