Community Manager – Santo Domingo

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Community Manager to lead the digital presence of our brands in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The role focuses on shaping brand voice across social platforms, fostering genuine conversations, and building an engaged community within the betting, sports, and entertainment sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish tailored content for each social channel, ensuring alignment with brand tone.
• Manage social accounts and adhere to the editorial calendar.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions in the appropriate brand voice.
• Activate the community through contests, dynamic activities, and engagement‑driving initiatives.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and digital conversations to spot opportunities.
• Oversee online reputation and flag potential risks early.
• Prepare measurement reports and present results and content plans to clients.
• Contribute to content strategy and provide feedback on visual assets.
• Collaborate closely with account, design, strategy, and media teams.

Required profile

• Resident of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community management within betting, sports, or entertainment.
• Degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
• Excellent writing and orthography skills (non‑negotiable).
• Analytical ability to interpret metrics and drive decisions.
• Intermediate‑advanced English proficiency.
• Comfort presenting and defending ideas before clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn business tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint.
