Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the digital presence of Grupo Max and its various brands across social networks and online platforms. This role ensures that all communication follows the marketing strategy guidelines and supports digital activations, events, and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Execute social media publishing calendars according to the marketing plan.
• Maintain and update digital profiles for all Grupo Max brands.
• Create, adapt, and schedule content across digital platforms.
• Write captions and texts that match each brand’s tone and personality.
• Interact daily with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Monitor social channels for trends, opportunities, and issues requiring attention.
• Coordinate content needs with the Junior Analyst and ensure graphic, photo, and video assets are received on time.
• Support digital coverage of activations, events, launches, and other brand activities.
• Identify relevant trends and formats for social platforms and share insights with the marketing team.
• Collect basic performance data, track metrics such as reach, interaction, community growth, and publication performance.
• Present results, opportunities, and alerts to the Marketing Management.
• Execute pre‑approved digital advertising campaigns and assist with influencer collaborations.

Required profile

• Ability to manage and execute content calendars and publish content on multiple platforms.
• Experience handling daily interaction with digital communities and responding to inquiries.
• Capability to monitor social media performance indicators and report findings.
• Strong coordination skills to work with analysts, graphic designers, and marketing managers.
