About the role
We are seeking a Community Manager based in Cuenca to lead our digital presence on a full‑time basis. The role focuses on building and nurturing online communities, creating engaging written content, and ensuring the brand stays aligned with current digital trends.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze digital metrics and manage ad placements (pautaje) to optimize community performance.
- Monitor emerging digital trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Produce high‑quality written communication for community interactions.
Required profile
- Third‑level degree in Social Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Creativity and professional ethics.
- Empathy and active listening skills.
- Excellent written communication abilities.
