Client Interaction Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, analytical professional to join our QA Compliance team as a Client Interaction Auditor. In this position you will audit every touchpoint in the merchant journey, using AI‑powered monitoring tools to ensure our revenue‑based financing operations comply with federal and state laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, audit, document, and analyze the quality and compliance of merchant interactions across phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Create, configure, and manage AI agents and tools that review customer‑facing communications.
• Identify compliance violations, quality inconsistencies, and operational risks through AI‑driven analysis.
• Investigate negative customer reviews and merchant complaints, providing thorough documentation and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure internal standards and regulatory guidelines are consistently met throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot patterns and errors.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting compliance data and trends.
• Experience conducting compliance audits in a financial services or fintech environment.
• Familiarity with federal and state financing regulations and internal policy frameworks.
• Ability to work with AI‑driven monitoring systems and generate clear documentation.
