Call Center Sales Representative (Spanish)

About the role

This full‑time position is based in our Santo Domingo office. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell our products and services, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Present product and service offerings persuasively.
• Manage customer interactions to guarantee satisfaction.
• Achieve defined sales targets and commission goals.
• Accurately record all client information in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and objection handling.
• Excellent oral and written communication and persuasion skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on objectives and problem solving.
• Proactive attitude, strong time‑management, and results‑driven approach.
• Prior experience in call‑center or similar sales environments is a plus.

What we offer

• Base salary of RD$20,000 per month.
• Commission ranging from RD$25,000 to RD$90,000 (average RD$35,000).
