Cajero – Atención al cliente y transacciones

About the role

The bank is looking for a diligent Cashier to provide front‑line customer service and manage daily cash operations at its La Vega branch. You will be responsible for handling transactions, currency exchanges and supporting clients with their banking needs.

Key responsibilities

• Open the cash desk each day using the previous day's cash balance.
• Buy and sell foreign currencies at the counter.
• Process check exchanges, withdrawals and account transfers.
• Perform peso and dollar conversions for client accounts.
• Record client signatures when opening new accounts.
• Pack and seal remittance shipments.
• Follow all quality, cybersecurity, information security and AML policies.

Required profile

• Student of Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Basic‑intermediate knowledge of computer equipment.
• At least one year of experience in a similar cash handling role.
• Strong confidentiality, organization, attention to detail and service orientation.
• Team player with proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
