About the role
GEP is seeking a bilingual Buyer to manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for its clients. You will work daily in English and German, handling supplier sourcing, RFPs, price analysis and supplier performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify suppliers, execute RFPs and prepare detailed price analyses.
- Collect, compile and analyze procurement data to support sourcing decisions.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and manage day‑to‑day sourcing requests, cost changes and performance monitoring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and suppliers.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German.
- Experience in strategic procurement and full S2C cycle, including savings identification and negotiation.
- Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong organizational and project‑management skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel – data analysis, formulas, pivot tables and visualization of large data sets.
