Business Performance Senior Analyst

About the role

This newly created senior analyst position sits within a global B2B agriproducts organization that is building a regional finance team. You will dive deep into profitability drivers, analysing performance across products, customers and operations with a focus on pricing, margins, standard costing, manufacturing variances, yields and cost allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance metrics across the region and translate findings into practical recommendations for Finance, Operations and commercial leaders.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools and interactive dashboards that provide a consistent view of performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• 4–7+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, operational finance, costing or business performance.
• Strong background in standard costing, profitability, margin and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL proficiency.
• Exposure to US GAAP and fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and work closely with business partners.
