Business Development Representative – Cold Calling (Remote)

About the role

Excell BPO is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its remote team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold‑calling, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and send follow‑up messages.
• Qualify leads, understand prospect needs, and clearly communicate the value of Excell BPO services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, managing calendars efficiently.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in CRM or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Experience in lead generation and prospect qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with active listening and objection handling.
