Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth of Hikvision’s security solutions in the Dominican Republic. You will identify new partnership opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and promote the product portfolio to system integrators, installers and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business relationships while strengthening existing accounts.
• Promote Hikvision products and solutions to specifiers, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Participate in project bids, collaborating with integration partners, distributors and key end‑customers.
• Execute the company’s strategic plan to meet business goals and targets.
• Organise trainings and workshops with technical support engineers for specifiers.
• Analyse market trends and provide insights to improve cross‑functional collaboration.
• Prospect and build a portfolio of key clients and new sales channels.
• Report activities and performance through assigned platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of business development experience in the electronic security industry.
• Proven knowledge of electronic security solutions and Hikvision product portfolio.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and strategic thinking abilities.
