About the role
Progressa is looking for a Business Analyst to join its Projects team within Customer Operations. You will help translate business processes into technology solutions that deliver value during digital transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes and gather detailed requirements.
- Configure ERP solutions, primarily Odoo, to meet client needs.
- Conduct functional testing and ensure solution quality.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients throughout project delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, implementation, or consulting.
- Strong analytical mindset, clear communication, and curiosity about business operations.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo, accounting, or project management is a plus.
