Bilingual Virtual Assistant - Recruiting & Appointment Setting

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, organized Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our growing insurance and recruiting organization. This full‑time remote position involves extensive phone interaction, scheduling, and administrative support for our leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective candidates.
• Schedule interviews, meetings, and recruiting appointments.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email to keep them informed.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain and update candidate information and follow‑up lists.
• Organize calendars and daily schedules for the leadership team.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with clear, professional spoken English.
• Confident making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable, organized, detail‑oriented and able to follow scripts and systems.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Reliable computer, high‑speed internet, and a quiet professional workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, calendar tools).
