About the role
A full-time, onsite position in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, as a bilingual Patient Care Representative. You will be the first point of contact between patients and the healthcare team, helping them with appointments, follow-ups and inquiries with empathy, professionalism and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patient appointments: scheduling, rescheduling and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate, non-clinical information on services, availability and procedures.
- Assist patients in English and Spanish with clarity and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA and company protocols).
- Document interactions and escalate issues as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or ongoing university studies.
- Fluent or advanced English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
