Bilingual Front Desk Care Navigator (Spanish)

About the role

Isaac Health is seeking a compassionate, bilingual (Spanish) Front Desk Care Navigator to serve as the virtual first point of contact for patients and caregivers. This non‑clinical position blends administrative precision with empathetic patient interaction, supporting individuals who are not yet enrolled in ongoing care navigation services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly, guide patients through intake, and ensure completion of required forms.
• Schedule appointments and route callers to the appropriate internal teams (intake, technical support, care navigation, providers, billing).
• Process referrals, medical orders, and coordinate HIPAA‑compliant record transfers.
• Deliver a “white glove” experience by resolving concerns quickly and empathetically, especially for older adults and caregivers.
• Identify patients who may benefit from additional navigation services and connect them to the appropriate team.
• Handle patient copays and coinsurance, collaborating with billing staff as needed.
• Provide basic technical assistance for virtual visit setup, including video and login troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare, medical reception, patient services, or call‑center support.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication skills with older adults and caregivers.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is a strong plus but not mandatory.
