Bilingual Financial Consultant – Debt Settlement

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess finances and determine suitability of debt settlement.
• Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads provided by the company.
• Educate clients on the debt settlement process, outlining terms, monthly payments, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience enrolling customers in debt settlement programs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years sales experience in a call‑center environment with a proven track record.
• Experience using a CRM for at least 2 years.
• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
