Business Development Executive

About the role

This is a high‑impact, builder‑type position where you will create and own the entire commercial engine for ETS. You will work directly with the Board to design strategy, forge partnerships, and generate revenue from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement ETS’s business development strategy across the U.S. market.
• Identify, engage and close high‑value clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Lead end‑to‑end commercial negotiations and draft winning proposals.
• Own the sales pipeline: track, manage, report and continuously drive it forward.
• Develop scalable processes and systems that enable the organization to grow beyond the founder’s involvement.

Required profile

• Senior B2B sales leader who has built a commercial operation, not just managed a territory.
• Executive‑level English fluency with strong boardroom presence.
• Proven track record of closing complex negotiations and commercial agreements.
• High judgment in ambiguous environments and ability to create structure where none exists.

Required skills

• Strong AI/tech fluency and ability to leverage modern sales tools.
• Experience with strategic partnership development.
