Bilingual Customer Service Representative (In-Center)

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to work on‑site, providing high‑quality support to financial and banking customers. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, assessing needs, and delivering prompt, accurate solutions while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls in a pleasant, professional manner and document each interaction.
• Assess customer needs quickly, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause, explaining solutions, and expediting corrections.
• Maintain and update customer records and account information.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and special cases.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of financial customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of call‑center experience.
• Strong mathematical ability and good decision‑making skills.
• Excellent multitasking, time‑management, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency with TransPerfect Connect platform.
