About the role
GRUPO OLE is seeking a motivated Male Sewing Assistant to support its garment production line. The role is based in San Isidro and offers a full‑time, on‑site position within a dynamic textile and fashion environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the cutting, stitching, and finishing of men's garments.
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Support the production team in meeting daily output targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the textile or garment sector.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to work full‑time on site.
