Asset Manager (Hybrid) – Dominican Republic

About the role

We are looking for an Asset Manager to oversee the real‑estate portfolio of tower sites in the Dominican Republic. The role combines on‑site visits with remote coordination, requiring strong English communication and the ability to manage landlord relationships throughout the lifecycle of ground leases.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords after acquisition or construction of tower sites.
• Manage lease administration, including monitoring critical dates, escalations, renewals, and terminations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, Finance, Leasing and Site Management teams to draft amendments, process payments and resolve lease‑related issues.
• Prepare and submit check requests and supporting documentation for property taxes, utilities and other obligations.
• Negotiate lease extensions, modifications and collateral arrangements to support financing opportunities.
• Assist Land Acquisition Coordinators with lease buyouts and support operations with tower swaps and related negotiations.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in real‑estate or asset management, preferably within the telecom sector.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple lease deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining landlord relationships.
