About the role

The Marketing Assistant will work on‑site in Santo Domingo, providing day‑to‑day support to the marketing and sales teams. This full‑time position involves coordinating marketing activities, maintaining promotional materials, and assisting with both digital and traditional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and update CRM systems and contact databases.
• Track and report on marketing campaigns, including email and social media efforts.
• Update website content and help coordinate events and client‑engagement activities.
• Create visual assets using Canva and support email marketing through Mailchimp.
• Assist in the execution, monitoring, and reporting of Google Ads campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for internal and external interactions.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of marketing and sales processes.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for designing promotional materials.
• Experience using Mailchimp (or similar) for email campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Ads campaign creation and monitoring.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic WordPress content management and SEO concepts.
• Comfort with AI tools such as GPT or Copilot.
