About the role

Floor Factory RD is looking for an energetic Sales Advisor to work in its retail store, helping customers choose flooring and covering solutions. The role combines direct customer interaction, product knowledge, and closing sales in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate flooring and covering products.
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Provide follow‑up service to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product lines and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to drive store performance.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience selling to new customers in the construction sector.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong client‑follow‑up habits and confidence in advising customers.
• Desire for professional growth within retail sales.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from RD$26,500 to RD$56,800 per month.
• Monthly sales commissions between RD$10,000 and RD$60,000.
• Semi‑annual performance bonus.
• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• On‑site work in Santo Domingo.
