Analyst – Media Enabled Services

About the role

The Analyst – Media Enabled Services will support network operations and maintenance for Tata Communications. This operational role requires problem‑solving ability and adherence to service level agreements in a 24x7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, administer, upgrade and troubleshoot network tools and equipment.
• Assist with installations, terminations, testing, labeling and hardware setup for new and existing customer and internal projects.
• Ensure service level agreements are met and proactively maintain performance.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments for networks, servers, applications and operating systems.
• Perform regular network security audits and scanning.
• Compile and track vulnerabilities over time for metric reporting.
• Upgrade tools and related documentation such as SOPs in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Graduate with 0‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience providing technical support in fast‑paced, high‑availability, 24x7 environments.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems.
