About the role

The Marketing and Customer Experience Analyst will design and execute segmented marketing campaigns using automation tools, maintain high‑quality data in the CRM, and support the generation of new business opportunities. The role also coordinates international client‑experience events, monitors travel budgets, and helps keep the organization’s digital presence consistent across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch institutional, renewal, and profile‑based campaigns through HubSpot and other automation platforms.
• Ensure data integrity in HubSpot by working with sales teams and NetSuite users to correct records.
• Identify inactive clients or high‑potential sectors and trigger targeted marketing actions.
• Assist the prospecting strategy by integrating new contacts from events into outbound outreach.
• Manage account profiling and provide data for outbound sales activities.
• Inform regional teams about international brand events, select participating clients, and enforce deadline compliance.
• Prepare detailed event budgets, track per‑person costs per country, and control timely payments (early‑bird discounts).
• Propose and coordinate value‑added activities such as dinners, tours, and site visits to enhance event experience.
• Support the maintenance of the editorial line and digital presence across multiple markets.

Required profile

• Experience managing marketing campaigns and CRM data.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, NetSuite, and other marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to handle event logistics, budgeting, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Strong attention to data quality and detail.
