AI Technical Support Specialist (LATAM)

About the role

Hostinger is looking for an AI Technical Support Specialist based in Latin America. This is not a traditional support role: it sits between customer experience and AI. The Hostinger Agent already handles over 85% of customer conversations, and the specialist keeps quality high and steps in for complex cases needing deep troubleshooting. Progression is based on performance, ownership and impact, moving from Customer Success Specialist to Mentor, then CS Product Expert, and finally CX AI Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep product knowledge across websites, domains, emails, billing and builder tools.
• Work alongside AI to solve complex customer issues, fix root causes and deliver excellent experiences.
• Contribute to team growth through peer-to-peer learning, feedback loops and knowledge sharing.
• Eventually manage the AI chatbot that handles thousands of cases, by reviewing prompts, identifying patterns at scale and driving innovation.

Required profile

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Deep technical troubleshooting experience in hosting, infrastructure, networking or similar areas.
• Understanding of web hosting fundamentals (domains, DNS, email systems, website setup).
• Already uses AI to build or automate processes in your work.
• Able to explain technical complexity clearly to non-technical customers.
• Comfortable with uncertainty and fluid responsibilities.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with WordPress, cPanel, hosting environments or website management tools (stand out).
• Experience contributing to AI tools, automations or chatbots as a core responsibility (stand out).
• Proven experience improving internal workflows (stand out).
