AI Marketing Junior Assistant

About the role

Azumo, a San Francisco-based software company building AI-powered applications, is hiring an AI Marketing Junior Assistant to join its marketing team and help grow the Azumo brand. The role is fully remote across Latin America, aligned to your working day, and uses ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools to create content, grow social media, improve visibility in AI search and measure results.

Key responsibilities

• Create content for LinkedIn and other social channels: posts, graphics, carousels and short-form videos, including AI-generated visuals
• Write and improve articles, case studies, newsletters, presentations and landing pages
• Use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools daily for research, content creation, design and analysis
• Work on GEO and AEO to improve visibility in AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity
• Track how Azumo and its competitors appear in search and turn content gaps into new ideas
• Prepare marketing reports on traffic, social media, campaigns, leads and conversions
• Spot repetitive tasks that can be automated and collaborate with marketing, sales and leadership teams, including website updates

Required profile

• Expert-level English, written and conversational
• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including practical use of generative AI tools in day-to-day work
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit or similar)
• Good understanding of marketing fundamentals and basic knowledge of marketing data, KPIs and reporting
• Ability to work remotely and organize your work independently

• SEO, GEO, AEO and AI search
• Paid advertising exposure (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads)
• Nice to have: HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics or Search Console; AI tools for design, video production or marketing operations
