MARCOM Intern - Dominican Republic and the Caribbean

About the role

This internship is based in the Dominican Republic and covers the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean Islands. It is an on-site position where the intern works closely with sales teams and supports marketing communications, digital channels, in-store activities and corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to plan and execute customer engagement activities.
• Help develop Marcom briefs, campaign concepts and content, together with creative services and digital marketing.
• Support the localization, creation and management of promotional materials.
• Contribute to online and offline campaigns that drive market penetration and sales leads.
• Edit and create content for digital channels and track communication metrics.
• Help manage marketing activities within an established budget.
• Organize logistics for corporate events, exhibitions, activations and training sessions, coordinating with vendors and partners.
• Assist in managing the App, including content updates, customer service, gifts management and promotion.
• Oversee store decoration and seasonal promotions, keeping branding consistent across locations.
• Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate terms and follow up on supplier payments.
• Travel within the Caribbean Islands when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the technology and electronic security market.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
