About the role

CityMax Dominicana is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to advise clients who want to buy, sell or rent properties in the Distrito Nacional. You will work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment, focusing on achieving commercial targets while providing excellent service to owners and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Assist prospective buyers, sellers and renters with property transactions.
• Source new property listings and maintain an up‑to‑date inventory.
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings.
• Follow up with leads, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Prepare and manage basic transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with the commercial team and keep records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Active real‑estate license and solid knowledge of real‑estate practices.
• Previous experience in customer service and post‑sale support.
• Proven sales orientation with a results‑driven mindset.
• Familiarity with the local property market in Distrito Nacional.
• Ability to work on‑site, communicate effectively and manage time independently.

Required skills

• Use of a CRM platform for client and transaction management.
• Basic proficiency with office‑suite tools (email, spreadsheets, documents).
