Admissions Manager

About the role

Saint George School, a British International school in Santo Domingo, is seeking an Admissions Manager to lead student enrolment growth and ensure an exceptional experience for prospective and current families. This position is a key member of the Marketing, Admissions & Communications (MAC) team and reports to the Director of Marketing, Admissions & Communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously optimise MAC strategies to drive student enrolment across the school and any affiliated campuses.
• Build and sustain a strong school community, increasing visibility and strengthening market positioning.
• Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders—including prospective families, current parents, students, academic leaders, and administrative teams—to communicate the school’s values and culture.
• Deliver a seamless, high‑quality admissions and retention experience from first inquiry through enrolment and ongoing family engagement.
• Support the school’s growth strategy by aligning initiatives with Nord Anglia Education standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing admissions, enrolment, or student recruitment in an educational setting.
• Strong ability to collaborate with diverse internal teams and external families.
• Excellent communication skills to convey the school’s learning environment and values.
• Track record of developing and executing marketing‑focused admission strategies.
