Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will lead the development and execution of effective commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and strengthen competitive positioning while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the commercial and sales strategy aligned with institutional objectives.
• Manage the client portfolio and business opportunities to maximize profitability.
• Oversee negotiation processes, contract closures, and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Establish strategic alliances with customers, distributors and partners.
• Analyze market trends, competition and propose new segments and products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing sales of technology solutions.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Inspirational leadership and motivational skills.
• Relevant certifications in sales, negotiation or product knowledge.
