About the role

Plus Legal is looking for a Junior Lawyer to provide legal advice to clients, focusing on civil, commercial and litigation matters while also supporting corporate issues. The role offers the opportunity to work on diverse cases and develop professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and analyse legal documents, opinions and reports.
• Monitor litigation processes, case files, procedural actions and deadlines.
• Conduct legal research and prepare supporting documentation.
• Participate in negotiations, conflict resolution and settlement discussions.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, authorities and other professionals involved in assigned cases.

Required profile

• Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho).
• Strong knowledge of Civil and Commercial Law with interest in litigation.
• Familiarity with Labor and Corporate Law.
• Excellent analytical, research and legal writing abilities.
• Effective argumentation, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Organised, able to manage multiple matters and strict deadlines.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and teamwork.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Legal document drafting.
• Legal research techniques.
